About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to develop, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities. The role will involve working directly with Facilio to optimize asset management and ensure smooth facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Develop maintenance programs and ensure timely execution in line with client SLAs.

Work extensively with Facilio to log, track, and analyze maintenance data.

Prepare work orders and allocate resources efficiently.

Generate maintenance reports and performance analysis for management review.

Support compliance with safety and quality standards in all maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Experience
-
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facility Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance planning/scheduling.

Strong hands-on experience with Facilio.
-
Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance best practices.
-
Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
