About the Role

The role holder is responsible for supporting the operational performance and monitoring of the MCN network infrastructure, applications, and services by analyzing KPIs, conducting root-cause investigations, and ensuring timely issue resolution in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role also contributes to maintaining service quality, uptime, and compliance with SLAs through proactive monitoring, performance auditing, and fault management. The role shall carry out their duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

++ Monitor the performance of MCN access and core sites, as well as related applications, to ensure continuous service availability and stability.

++ Collect, consolidate, and analyze MCN network performance KPIs to identify service degradations or potential issues.

++ Track mid- and long-term performance trends and report early indicators of deterioration to support proactive resolution efforts.

++ Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring or major service performance issues and escalate critical findings to relevant stakeholders for resolution.

++ Coordinate with stc Group Technology teams to perform scheduled performance audits, including system configurations, software versions, and equipment status.

++ Monitor real-time network conditions and apply proactive service degradation handling procedures to ensure SLA compliance.

++ Ensure 24/7 operational readiness of the NOC to promptly detect, report, and support the resolution of service disruptions.

++ Coordinate routine inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance activities with stc Group Technology to minimize the risk of outages.

++ Track and report incidents to ensure timely escalation to internal stakeholders and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

++ Maintain updated documentation related to MCN site operations, performance metrics, and incident response procedures to support continuous service improvement.


Qualifications:

++ Bachelor in Telecommunications Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.


Years of Experience:

++ Preferred experience of (3 - 6) years, or equivalent in the area of expertise
