Barista

A leading hospitality company in Jeddah is seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join its team as Baristas for the year 2025. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty items
• Operate coffee machines and brewing equipment with precision and care
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the workstation and customer areas
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and ensuring satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold service standards
• Follow company protocols for food safety, quality assurance, and customer service excellence

Requirements:

• Commitment to full-time work schedule, including weekends or shifts as needed
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer interaction
• Passion for coffee culture and willingness to learn beverage preparation techniques
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (training will be provided)
• Previous experience in a café or hospitality setting is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic or English
