About the Role
Grand Hyatt Al Khobar is hiring a Guest Relations Team Leader to join its prestigious hospitality team. This role offers a dynamic environment focused on delivering world-class guest experiences.
As the Guest Relations Team Leader, you will oversee the guest relations team and ensure every guest receives exceptional service from arrival to departure. You’ll handle guest concerns, coordinate with other departments, and lead your team to uphold the highest hospitality standards.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the guest relations team
- Welcome guests professionally and warmly
- Resolve guest complaints and feedback promptly and effectively
- Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure seamless service
- Train and mentor team members on service excellence
- Prepare regular reports on team performance and guest satisfaction
Qualifications & Requirements:
- University degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or Tourism (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel management or guest services
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
- Effective communication skills with guests and colleagues
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
