Job Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise daily front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out
✅ Monitor room sales and allocate rooms for VIPs and group bookings
✅ Coordinate front desk staff and ensure adherence to service standards
✅ Train new employees and motivate the team to achieve high performance
✅ Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently
✅ Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate guest information
✅ Prepare daily reports related to complaints and unusual incidents
✅ Contribute to team development through ongoing training initiatives
Required Qualifications:
✅ Previous experience in front desk operations or hotel customer service
✅ Strong communication and leadership skills
✅ Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, upscale hotel environment
