Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating resources and team members to achieve project objectives
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to define project scope and requirements
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders through regular meetings and status reports
• Oversee the procurement process, including vendor selection and contract management
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices

What do we need from you!

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a corporate environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Project, and Word
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies
• Solid understanding of budgeting and financial management principles
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Experience working in the Middle East region is a plus
