• Nationalities: Indian, Bangladeshi

<b>Job Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Oversee delivery drivers, dispatchers, and support staff. <br>
• Organize shift schedules and assign daily tasks efficiently. <br>
• Monitor deliveries to ensure timeliness and optimal performance. <br>
• Address and resolve delivery delays or issues promptly. <br>
• Handle customer complaints professionally to maintain service quality. <br>
• Evaluate driver performance and maintain detailed records. <br>
• Train new drivers and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards. <br>
• Utilize logistics software and delivery platforms to streamline operations. <br>
• Prepare and present daily/weekly reports for management review. <br> <br> <b>- Requirements:</b> <br>
• At least 5 years of experience in food delivery or logistics, particularly with platforms like Jahez, Talabat, HungerStation, etc. <br>
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. <br>
• Strong team management and time management capabilities. <br>
• Proficiency in using logistics and dispatch software. <br>
• Comprehensive understanding of food safety and delivery protocols. <br>
• A diploma or degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
