A leading and well-established company in the real estate development sector is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Specialist to join its dynamic team. The IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. This role requires hands-on experience in troubleshooting, system administration, and user support, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity and enterprise-level IT practices.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across departments
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and network devices
- Monitor system performance and ensure the security and integrity of IT infrastructure
- Manage user accounts, access controls, and data backups
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related procurement and support
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT upgrades, migrations, and system integrations
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and support logs for internal reference
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to optimize operations
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in IT support or system administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft environments, networking, and cybersecurity
- Familiarity with cloud services, backup solutions, and enterprise software tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry is an advantage
