Project Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our General Contracting & Trading division, which includes third-party logistics (3PL) operations. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at orchestrating seamless collaboration between clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

As the central point of contact, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining workflows, managing documentation, and ensuring project milestones are met with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily coordination between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments
• Prepare, manage, and archive project documentation, reports, and correspondence
• Track project timelines and proactively follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely delivery
• Support procurement activities including vendor sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation
• Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial and contractual documents in compliance with company standards
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, and project files
• Ensure clear and consistent communication across technical, commercial, and operational teams
• Troubleshoot coordination challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within contracting, trading, or logistics (3PL)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English is required, Arabic is highly desirable
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with Odoo or similar ERP systems is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Knowledge of procurement processes and project documentation best practices is an advantage
