Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities: </b> <br>
- Data Management: Precisely capture and update information within internal databases and web-based systems, ensuring consistent data accuracy and integrity. <br>
- Quality Assurance: Conduct detailed reviews and verifications of records to promptly identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies. <br>
- Record Maintenance: Oversee the systematic upkeep of comprehensive records, files, and databases, ensuring that information is current and reliable. <br>
- Reporting: Prepare and generate insightful reports for internal stakeholders and audit purposes. <br>
- Cross Departmental Collaboration: Liaise with various internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and maintain unified information standards. <br>
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive company information, adhering to established data protection policies. <br>

<b>- Required Qualifications: </b> <br>

Educational Background: Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a diploma in IT or Business Administration is advantageous. <br>

Professional Experience: A minimum of one year’s experience in data entry or administrative support roles is required.

Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and relevant web-based applications, complemented by excellent typing speed and accuracy. <br>

Time Management: Proven ability to effectively prioritize tasks to meet stringent deadlines. <br>

Attention to Detail: Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail. <br>

Work Authorization: Possession of a transferable Iqama is necessary. <br>
