Supervisor

We are hiring experienced professional Supervisor for Bridge Construction Project in NEOM, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have valid Ajeer and relevant experience in bridge or infrastructure works.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate teams of carpenters, steel fixers, and masons.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and timelines.
• Interpret structural drawings and guide execution accordingly.
• Report progress, resolve site issues, and liaise with engineers and project managers.

Requirements:

• Valid Ajeer.
• Strong knowledge of bridge construction methods and sequencing.
• Proven leadership and coordination skills.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bridge construction experience
• Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings
• Relevant experience in infrastructure projects
