About the Role

<b>Position Objectives:</b> <br>

  • The Technical Project Manager is responsible for project execution as a technical project manager within the telecommunication domain. <br>
  • This includes project planning, implementation, risk identification and mitigation, and contract management. <br>
  • The role requires expertise in resource inventory management, assets management, Telco’s cloud solutions, and core network operations. <br>
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on project performance, ensuring alignment with senior management objectives, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective actions to maintain project success. <br>
  • Ensure the successful delivery of complex technical projects of inventory management and asset management projects and optimizing projects and systems. <br>
  • Provide expert level guidance and support to project teams to overcome challenges and achieve project objectives <br>
  • Continuously improve project delivery processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

<b>Job Description & Responsibilities:</b> <br>

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, including planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. <br>
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise to project teams, guiding them through technical challenges and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions. <br>
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects. <br>
  • Develop and implement project management best practices, processes, and tools to enhance project delivery. <br>
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and proactively address them to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. <br>
  • Communicate project status, progress, and risks to senior leadership and stakeholders. <br>
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project delivery success, such as on-time and on-budget delivery, customer satisfaction, and quality. <br>
  • Guide Technical teams on best practices of inventory management solutions. <br>
  • Regularly report on project performance and provide recommendations for improvement. <br>
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness. <br>
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, helping them navigate complex technical challenges in Asset LCM, Inventory, and resources management. <br>
  • Champion the adoption of modern technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve project delivery. <br>
  • Act as a subject matter expert in OSS solutions, Resources, Asset and Inventory management in addition to fault, performance, and service quality management. <br>
  • Contribute to the design and development of technical solutions, leveraging your deep understanding of the organization's technology Asset and Inventory landscape. <br>
  • Identify emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance solution capabilities and align with industry best practices. <br>
  • Lead the design and implementation of services automation, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., TMF, eTOM). <br>
  • In depth knowledge of public and private cloud models from an OSS perspective. <br>
  • Familiarity with network core technologies, including 5G, Edge, and ORAN. <br>
  • Awareness of network management systems and FCAPS principles. <br> <br>

<b>- Qualifications & Experience:</b> <br>

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field <br>

  • 10/15+ years of experience in technical project management or delivery roles <br>

  • Proven record of successfully delivering complex technical projects <br>

  • PMP or other relevant project management certifications are preferred <br>

  • Experience in the telecom operation industry is a plus <br>

  • Demonstrated 5+ years' experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams to deliver Inventory and asset projects <br>

  • Proven record of identifying and resolving complex technical issues and challenges <br>

  • Experience in implementing project management with the best practices and process improvements <br>

  • Familiarity with agile and traditional project management methodologies <br>

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification <br>

  • Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification is a plus <br>

  • ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
