About the Role
Sedef Real Estate Development Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering client-focused solutions.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
- Conduct property tours and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or property sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Fluency in Arabic and English is a plus
- Must be based in Jeddah or willing to relocate
