HR Specialist

A reputable company in Dammam is seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join its team and contribute to the development of effective HR strategies and operations.

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a key role in managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal policies. You’ll support the company’s growth by fostering a productive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in developing HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
• Coordinate training and development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company standards
• Support payroll and benefits administration
• Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits

Candidate Requirements

• Nationality: Saudi
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Experience: 3–5 years in Human Resources, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and administrative procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
