As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a key role in managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal policies. You’ll support the company’s growth by fostering a productive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company standards
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits
Candidate Requirements
- Nationality: Saudi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Experience: 3–5 years in Human Resources, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR functions and administrative procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
