Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal users regarding software and database issues
- Monitor and maintain system performance and troubleshoot errors
- Assist in database management, including SQL queries and Oracle operations
- Document support procedures and maintain logs of technical issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with developers and IT staff to improve system functionality
- Educate users on basic troubleshooting and system usage best practices
Qualifications
- Saudi nationality (Female candidates only)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Solid understanding of SQL and Oracle Database
- Familiarity with technical support principles and database rules
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests
