We’re looking for an experienced and motivated HR Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll oversee HR operations and ensure smooth administrative processes that support our company goals. Requirements

<b>Qualifications:</b> <br>

  • Open to candidates of all nationalities.
    <br>
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (PMP certification is a plus).
    <br>
  • 5/10 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
    <br>
  • Strong command of English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
    <br>
  • In depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws, government portals (e.g., Muqeem, GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad), and visa processes.
    <br>
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software systems.
    <br>
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
    <br> <br> <b>- Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
    1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the HR and administration departments. <br>
    2. Ensure compliance of HR practices with Saudi labor laws and company policies. <br>
    3. Handle government relations, including visa processing, Iqama transfers, renewals, and exit/re entry procedures.
      <br>
    4. Lead recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding. <br>
    5. Address employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations with professionalism.
      <br>
    6. Supervise employee benefits, payroll coordination, and performance appraisal systems. <br>
    7. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation of HR processes. <br>
    8. Develop and implement training, development, and succession planning policies. <br>
    9. Collaborate with management on manpower planning and organizational development. <br>
    10. Conduct internal audits and support external audits for HR compliance.
      <br>
    11. Promote employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
