About the Role
A leading company is hiring a Duct Supervisor for an active construction project in Tabuk. The ideal candidate will oversee duct installation teams, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate daily site operations related to HVAC ductwork.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise duct installation activities across designated work zones
- Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and insulation of duct systems
- Monitor team performance and enforce safety protocols
- Coordinate with engineers and site managers to meet project timelines
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance with specifications
- Maintain daily progress reports and resolve on-site issues proactively
Candidate Requirements
- Nationality: Open to qualified candidates with valid documentation
- Experience: Prior supervisory experience in ducting or HVAC projects preferred
- Documents Required:
- Valid Absher-linked Iqama
- Active Insurance
- TUV Certification (for safety and technical compliance)
- Passport copy
- Availability: Immediate joining preferred
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Duty Hours: 10 hours per day
- Hourly Rate: SAR 16
- Salary Payment: Within 15 days after invoice submission
