Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on building systems and equipment
- Diagnose and service HVAC components such as filters, air handling units, and minor mechanical faults
- Execute plumbing tasks including leak repairs, fixture replacements, and water system upkeep
- Conduct electrical maintenance involving lighting systems, sockets, wiring, and circuit breakers
- Carry out basic civil and carpentry work such as wall patching, painting, sealing, and minor structural repairs
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and ensure proper handling of tools and equipment
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and operational standards during all work activities
Candidate Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in general maintenance or facility management
- Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and basic civil work
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship
- Transferable Iqama is preferred
- Immediate availability to join
