Senior Logistics Manager

Al-Qadsiah Saudi Club is seeking a seasoned Senior Logistics Manager to lead and optimize all logistics operations across the club’s sporting and administrative functions. This strategic role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination of equipment, transportation, inventory, and vendor relations—supporting both local and international engagements. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in logistics planning, supplier management, and compliance with Saudi regulations, while thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance sports environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations for club activities, events, and facilities
• Manage procurement, warehousing, and distribution of sports equipment and supplies
• Coordinate transportation and travel logistics for players, staff, and club delegations
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and government entities
• Ensure compliance with Saudi customs, import/export regulations, and safety standards
• Implement cost-effective logistics strategies and performance KPIs
• Lead logistics team and collaborate with finance, operations, and event departments
• Support international tournaments and cross-border logistics planning

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of Saudi logistics regulations and vendor ecosystems
• Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and cross-functional teams
• Fluent in Arabic and English; strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in sports, events, or hospitality logistics is a plus
• Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics software
