McDonald’s Saudi Arabia is seeking a dynamic and strategic Media Manager to lead and optimize media planning, buying, and performance across multiple regions. This role is pivotal in shaping brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and ensuring alignment with McDonald’s global standards while resonating with local audiences.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated media strategies across digital, social, TV, radio, and out-of-home platforms
- Manage media budgets, negotiate with agencies and suppliers, and ensure cost-effective placements
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and deliver actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, and regional teams to align messaging and timing
- Stay ahead of media trends and consumer behavior in the Saudi market
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and local advertising regulations
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in media planning and buying, preferably in FMCG or QSR sectors
- Strong understanding of Saudi media landscape and audience segmentation
- Excellent negotiation, budgeting, and analytical skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English; culturally attuned to Saudi consumer preferences
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred)
