About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in overseeing equipment interface and ensuring efficient administrative coordination across our Oil & Gas project sites. The position involves managing equipment logistics and providing essential support to cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth and seamless operations.

Coordinated Communication: Orchestrate daily interactions and scheduling between on-site teams and external equipment suppliers, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed. <br>

Equipment Tracking: Monitor and meticulously document the movement, usage, and condition of site equipment and resources to ensure accountability and optimal performance. <br>

Documentation Management: Produce and maintain precise records, including delivery notes, inspection reports, and usage logs, to support operational continuity and audit requirements. <br>

Cross-Functional Liaison: Collaborate with procurement and technical teams to guarantee that essential equipment is available on time, aligning resources with project needs. <br>

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance for site operations, including timesheet tracking, report generation, and logistics planning. <br>

Organized Record Keeping: Maintain an organized system of records that meets audit and compliance standards, ensuring data is accessible and reliable. <br>

Safety & Incident Reporting: Assist with internal reporting, incident logging, and basic safety documentation, reinforcing our commitment to operational safety. <br> <br> <b>- Requirements: </b>

Relevant Experience: 2/4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within Oil & Gas or industrial project environments. <br>

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with heavy equipment, usage tracking, and vendor coordination, with an appreciation for the nuances of industrial operations. <br>

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and skilled in effective documentation practices. <br>

Communication Skills: Excellent command of English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus. <br>

Organizational Acumen: Exceptional organizational skills with an acute attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic settings. <br>

Eligibility & Flexibility: Must hold a transferable Iqama and be flexible to work on-site, adapting to the evolving needs of a dynamic project environment.
