About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our Heavy Equipment Rental division across the Kingdom. The ideal candidate will possess extensive industry expertise, a robust professional network, and a proven passion for fostering strategic partnerships that drive sustainable business growth.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

Design and execute innovative business strategies to drive growth in the equipment rental market. <br>

Identify and target potential clients across construction, oil and gas, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and presentations to deal closures and after-sales support.
<br> -
Develop persuasive proposals and skillfully negotiate rental agreements tailored to client needs. <br>

Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, pricing dynamics, and growth opportunities.
<br> -
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, delivering precise sales forecasts to management.
<br> -
Cultivate and strengthen long-lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.

Represent the company at industry events, including exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking forums. <br>

Collaborate seamlessly with operations, finance, and logistics teams to guarantee flawless service delivery. <br>

Provide detailed performance and activity reports to management on a regular basis.

<b>- Requirements: </b> <br>
- At least 5 years of proven success in business development or sales within Saudi Arabia's heavy equipment rental industry. <br>
- Extensive network and in-depth understanding of the local market, particularly in construction and oil and gas sectors.
<br> - Comprehensive knowledge of various heavy machinery and equipment, including cranes, loaders, and excavators.
<br> - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and persuade.
<br> - Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to excel in dynamic client interactions.
<br> - A strategic mindset with a results driven, hands on approach to business development.
<br> - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms for efficient workflow management. <br>
- Possession of a valid Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
<br> - Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a valuable advantage.
<br> - Flexibility to travel extensively within the Kingdom as business demands.
