Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with vehicle rentals and returns
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Process rental agreements and payments accurately
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain records and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure vehicle availability

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus)
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email handling)
  • Previous experience in customer service or car rental preferred
