Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee purchasing operations in line with company policies and budget constraints
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and quality
- Analyze quotations and prepare comparative reports for management review
- Maintain accurate documentation of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier records
- Prepare detailed procurement reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with inventory, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless supply chain flow
- Monitor market trends and recommend cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and procurement standards
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles
- Professional knowledge of purchasing workflows and vendor management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to prepare clear, structured procurement reports
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and handle high-pressure situations
