About the Role
We are urgently seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor (ARAMCO Approved) to join our team for a high-profile industrial project in Jubail. The ideal candidate will oversee scaffolding operations, ensure compliance with ARAMCO safety standards, and manage teams on-site to deliver efficient and secure scaffolding solutions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Rate: 105 SAR/Hour
- Salary Payment: After 3 months, salary will be paid every 15 days
- Food & Accommodation: Provided free of charge

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities
- Ensure full compliance with ARAMCO safety protocols and site regulations
- Conduct daily inspections and risk assessments of scaffolding structures
- Coordinate manpower and materials to meet project timelines
- Maintain documentation and reporting for safety and progress
- Liaise with site engineers and safety officers for approvals and updates
Candidate Requirements
- ARAMCO Approval as Scaffolding Supervisor (mandatory)
- Proven experience in industrial or oil & gas scaffolding projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Physically fit and medically certified for site work
- Ready for immediate mobilization
