Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager with specialized expertise in one of the following disciplines: Civil, Infrastructure, or MEP. The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong track record of managing Aramco projects from inception to completion, with a deep understanding of technical execution, team leadership, and client engagement.

This role is best suited for a dynamic leader who thrives in high-responsibility environments, takes full ownership of project outcomes, and contributes to business growth through strategic planning and relationship-building.

Core Responsibilities

🔹 Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead end-to-end project delivery within your area of specialization, from mobilization through final handover. - Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and progress monitoring to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
• Supervise engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain operational efficiency and quality standards.
• Review and approve technical drawings, material submittals, and design documentation.
• Maintain continuous coordination with clients and Aramco representatives to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

🔹 Team & Site Operations Management

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing technical and operational teams.
• Implement robust site management protocols and reporting systems.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration between procurement, engineering, and management departments.
• Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork across all project sites.

🔹 Business Development & Client Relations

• Leverage industry expertise and networks to identify new tenders and strategic opportunities.
• Support senior management in bid preparation, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Cultivate strong professional relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to enhance the company’s market reputation.

Candidate Profile

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (based on specialization)
✅ Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Civil, Infrastructure, or MEP projects
✅ Mandatory experience in managing Aramco projects
✅ Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex project environments
✅ Strong command of project cost control, planning tools, and safety protocols
✅ Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
✅ Well-established network within the Saudi construction and industrial sectors
✅ Valid Saudi Driving License preferred
✅ Transferable Iqama or immediate availability highly preferred
