As an Event Coordinator, you will plan, organize, and execute memorable events that reflect our brand’s excellence. From intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, you’ll manage logistics, liaise with vendors, and ensure every detail is flawlessly delivered.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue setup, décor, catering, and entertainment.
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
- Source and manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, and oversee timelines.
- Supervise event execution and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare post-event reports and feedback summaries.
