Civil Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced and <b>Aramco Certified</b> Civil Design Lead to become a vital member of our engineering team, focusing on cross country pipeline projects with Saudi Aramco. This senior role is perfect for seasoned professionals who possess extensive technical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of Aramco's standards and project execution requirements.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Spearhead and oversee the civil design aspects of large-scale cross-country pipeline projects, ensuring excellence in execution.

• Guarantee that all civil engineering designs comply with both Aramco and international standards, maintaining the highest level of quality.

• Collaborate seamlessly with project managers, engineers, and consultants to deliver accurate and timely design outputs. <br>

• Supervise the preparation of detailed civil drawings, calculations, BOQs, specifications, and comprehensive design reports. <br>

• Evaluate and approve technical documents from subcontractors and vendors, ensuring alignment with project requirements.

• Conduct in-depth design validations, risk assessments, and implement value engineering to optimize project outcomes.
  <br>

• Provide technical support to construction teams during the implementation phase, addressing clarifications and making field adjustments when necessary.
  <br>

• Champion quality assurance, safety, and regulatory compliance in every facet of civil design activities.
  <br> <br> <b>- Requirements:</b> <br>

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech) from an accredited institution. <br>

• At least 10 years of robust experience in civil engineering design, with a strong preference for expertise in oil & gas pipeline infrastructure.

• Mandatory Aramco certification as a Civil Design Lead.
  <br>

• Proficiency in leading industry software, including STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.
  <br>

• Deep understanding of Aramco's design codes and specifications, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail.
  <br>

• Exceptional leadership, coordination, and communication abilities to effectively drive teams and projects forward.
  <br>

• Proven capability to thrive under pressure, handling multiple priorities while delivering outstanding results.
