About the Role

We are looking for a skilled IT Specialist with hands-on experience in system optimization and migration projects. The role involves enhancing existing infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, and supporting digital transformation across departments.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze current systems and recommend improvements
Lead migration projects with minimal disruption to operations
Ensure cybersecurity protocols and data protection compliance
Provide technical support and training to staff
Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams for system upgrades

Requirements:

Proven experience in systems improvement and data migration
Proficiency in network administration and cloud platforms
Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco) are an advantage
