About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Timekeeper to join our expanding team and oversee daily workforce management at our project sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional proactivity, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to ensure precise timekeeping and comprehensive attendance tracking for all employees. <br><br>

As a Timekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee time records, ensuring punctuality, and providing HR and operations teams with reliable data. You will also coordinate with site supervisors to ensure efficient workforce tracking. This role is essential in upholding company and labor compliance while facilitating the smooth operation of site activities.

Requirements

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

  • Precisely monitor and record employee attendance daily using biometric and digital systems.
    <br>
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of check-ins/check-outs, overtime, and leave balances.
    <br>
  • Administer and manage the Odoo ERP attendance system with accuracy and efficiency. <br>
  • Ensure flawless entry of employee data into digital timesheets for smooth operations.
    <br>
  • Supervise and maintain fingerprint system hardware, promptly addressing any technical issues by liaising with IT or administrative teams.
    <br>
  • Strategically oversee workforce distribution across multiple project sites to maximize efficiency.
    <br>
  • Proactively communicate with HR, operations, and site teams to address and resolve attendance-related concerns.
    <br>
  • Provide timely and accurate attendance data to support seamless payroll processing. <br>
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in attendance records in coordination with relevant departments and employees.
    <br>
  • Educate and guide staff on attendance policies and procedures to ensure clear understanding and compliance.
    <br>
  • Uphold the confidentiality and integrity of employee records with utmost professionalism.
    <br>
  • Be ready to travel flexibly across various project locations as required.
    <br> <br> <b>- Qualifications & Skills:</b> <br>
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in timekeeping, site administration, or HR coordination.
    <br>
  • Full proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
    <br>
  • Expertise with Odoo ERP or comparable attendance management software is highly desirable. <br>
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and attendance management best practices.
    <br>
  • Exceptional attention to detail, combined with excellent organizational skills. <br>
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines effectively.
    <br>
  • Confidence in coordinating and reporting across multiple sites.
    <br>
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams.
    <br>
  • Immediate availability to join and make an impact.
