About the Role
An established industrial company is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join its growing team in Dammam. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of industrial products and services.
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s range of industrial products and solutions. You will serve as the key point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
This is a field-based role that requires frequent travel within the Eastern Province and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the industrial sector
- Conduct client visits to present products, provide technical support, and build long-term relationships
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions from the company’s product portfolio
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, and customer service) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering or a related technical field)
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, ideally in industrial or B2B environments
- Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the region
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
