About the Role
Builds and dismantles scaffolding structures for construction and maintenance projects. Ensures safety and stability of platforms at various heights.

Requirements
Key Duties:
- Erect scaffolding using pipes, clamps, and boards
- Inspect and maintain scaffold safety standards
- Coordinate with site engineers for placement and adjustments
- Follow strict safety guidelines during assembly and dismantling
Ideal Candidate:
- Prior scaffolding experience in industrial or civil projects
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
- Knowledge of scaffold types and load-bearing calculations
