About the Role
Leads a team of civil workers on-site. Executes tasks as per supervisor instructions and ensures quality workmanship in all civil activities.

Requirements
Key Duties:
- Allocate tasks to masons, laborers, and equipment operators
- Supervise excavation, formwork, and concreting
- Ensure timely completion of assigned sections
- Report progress and challenges to supervisors
Ideal Candidate:
- Hands-on experience in civil construction
- Ability to manage teams and resolve on-site issues
- Familiarity with basic drawings and measurements
