About the Role
Directs structural fitting teams and ensures accurate installation of steel components. Acts as a bridge between supervisors and workers.

Requirements
Key Duties:
- Guide fitters in assembling steel structures
- Ensure alignment and bolting accuracy
- Maintain site discipline and safety compliance
- Report daily progress to structural supervisor
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in steel erection and structural fitting
- Leadership skills and ability to manage teams
- Familiarity with construction drawings and tools
