Local Procurement Officer

Al-Qahtani Steel Pipes Company is a leading manufacturer of steel pipes in Saudi Arabia, located in the Second Industrial City, Dammam. The company is currently hiring for multiple technical and operational roles to support its expanding production and maintenance operations.

Manage local purchasing activities for industrial supplies and services. Coordinate with suppliers, issue purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate local suppliers.
• Issue and track purchase orders.
• Negotiate prices and delivery terms.
• Maintain procurement records and reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse and finance teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in industrial procurement.
• Proficiency in computer systems and procurement software.
• Strong English communication skills.
