Architect

As an Architect, you will play a key role in designing and developing innovative residential and commercial spaces. You will collaborate with our engineering and marketing teams to ensure that all projects meet aesthetic, functional, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for real estate projects
• Prepare drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using industry-standard software
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers during execution
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the visual identity of our properties

Requirements:

• Saudi nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite)
• Strong creativity and attention to detail
