Production Supervisor

A leading industrial facility in the Eastern Province is urgently seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the factory floor. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing production lines, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with team members to meet daily output targets. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and delivering consistent product standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide production workers during daily shifts
• Monitor machinery and production processes to ensure smooth operation
• Maintain safety standards and enforce compliance with factory protocols
• Report daily production metrics to management
• Identify and resolve minor operational issues to avoid downtime
• Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams for material flow

Qualifications Required

• Minimum: Elementary education
• Previous experience in production or factory supervision is essential
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively
• Basic understanding of machinery and safety procedures
