Available Positions & Job Summaries

1: Host/Hostess

  • Role Summary:

  • The first point of contact for guests, responsible for greeting customers warmly, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements.

  • Key Duties:

    • Welcome guests with professionalism and courtesy.
    • Maintain the waiting list and manage table turnover.
    • Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff.
    • Ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience from arrival to seating.

2: Food Server

  • Role Summary:

  • Responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

  • Key Duties:

    • Present menus and explain dishes or specials.
    • Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen.
    • Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
    • Handle customer requests and resolve minor complaints.

3: Waiter/Waitress

  • Role Summary:

  • Similar to the Food Server role, with added focus on table maintenance, upselling, and personalized service.

  • Key Duties:

    • Set and clear tables efficiently.
    • Recommend menu items and suggest pairings.
    • Monitor guest satisfaction and offer assistance proactively.
    • Process bills and handle payments accurately.

4: Assistant Chef

  • Role Summary:

  • Supports the head chef in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen organization. Ideal for candidates with culinary training or strong interest in cooking.

  • Key Duties:

    • Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking main dishes.
    • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
    • Follow recipes and portion standards.
    • Assist in inventory and stock rotation.

5: Team Crew Member

  • Role Summary:

  • A versatile role involving support across various restaurant operations including kitchen prep, cleaning, customer service, and logistics.

  • Key Duties:

    • Assist in food prep and packaging.
    • Maintain cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas.

Requirements

Requirements (General for All Roles)

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Good communication skills in Arabic; English is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage but not required.
