Civil Engineer

• Craft comprehensive technical and commercial proposals for civil engineering projects in response to RFPs and tenders. <br>

• Review and interpret project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and client requirements to ensure accurate analysis and alignment.

• Collaborate with procurement teams and suppliers to secure precise material and subcontractor quotations.
  <br>

• Produce detailed bid documentation, including method statements, project schedules, and compliance matrices.
  <br>

• Participate in pre-bid meetings, site inspections, and client discussions to gather essential insights.
  <br>

• Support post-tender clarifications and provide innovative value engineering solutions.
  <br>

• Monitor and manage bid submissions, ensuring all timelines and deadlines are meticulously adhered to. <br>

• Organize and maintain bid records, templates, and technical libraries for efficient future reference.

• Expertise in AutoCAD, MS Project, and the Microsoft Office Suite. <br>

• Exceptional analytical abilities paired with advanced problem-solving and technical writing skills. <br>

• In-depth understanding of Saudi government and private sector tendering procedures. <br>

• Proficient in cost estimation and contract documentation processes.
