Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • 📅 Calendar & Schedule Management
    Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.

  • 📨 Correspondence & Communication
    Draft, proofread, and manage emails, memos, and other business communications in both Arabic and English.

  • 📁 Document Handling
    Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain filing systems—both digital and physical.

  • 🧾 Office Support
    Manage office supplies, liaise with vendors, and support general administrative tasks to maintain an efficient work environment.

  • 🧑‍💼 Executive Assistance
    Provide direct support to senior management, including handling confidential information and assisting with strategic tasks.


Qualifications & Skills

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • 🎓 Education
    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • 🧠 Experience
    4–5 years of proven experience in administrative or secretarial roles, preferably in a corporate setting.

  • 🗣️ Language Proficiency
    Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for effective communication across teams and clients.

  • 💻 Technical Skills
    Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software.

  • 🗂️ Soft Skills
    Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
