About the Role
Responsible for leading and managing all phases of project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and operational efficiency across multiple sites. Acts as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor project progress and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards
- Prepare reports and present updates to senior management
- Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in contracting or industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of government systems and HR platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
