Talent Acquisition / Recruiter

Manages end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent for technical and operational roles. Supports workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate with department heads to define hiring needs
• Manage recruitment campaigns and job advertisements
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and HR databases
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and Saudization policies

Requirements

• Experience in contracting or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of government systems and HR platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
