Procurement Supervisor / Specialist

Handles procurement operations for equipment, materials, and services. Ensures cost-effective sourcing, timely delivery, and strong supplier relationships to support project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop procurement strategies aligned with project timelines
• Evaluate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules
• Maintain procurement records and inventory reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams for budget alignment

Requirements

• Experience in contracting or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of government systems and HR platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
