Buyer

Supports the procurement team by executing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. Plays a key role in ensuring timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process purchase orders based on project requirements
• Track shipments and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery
• Maintain procurement documentation and vendor files
• Assist in cost analysis and vendor performance reviews
• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams
• Support procurement reporting and compliance

Requirements

• Experience in contracting or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of government systems and HR platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
