Manpower Coordinator

Manages the mobilization, allocation, and documentation of manpower across project sites. Ensures compliance with labor regulations and supports recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and allocate manpower based on project schedules
• Coordinate visa processing, onboarding, and site mobilization
• Maintain workforce databases and attendance records
• Liaise with recruitment and operations teams for staffing needs
• Ensure compliance with Muqeem, Qiwa, and other government platforms
• Support Saudization and labor law adherence

Requirements

• Experience in contracting or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of government systems and HR platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
