General Maintenance Technician

The General Maintenance Technician provides essential support across multiple disciplines. You’ll handle day-to-day upkeep, respond to urgent repair needs, and ensure the facility remains safe and functional. Your versatility and problem-solving skills will be key to maintaining operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine building maintenance tasks (plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.)
• Respond to repair requests and resolve minor technical issues
• Conduct inspections and report potential hazards
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Support other technicians during major repairs or installations

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in the field
• Technical diploma or vocational training certificate preferred
• Familiarity with safety protocols and preventive maintenance procedures
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Basic communication skills in Arabic or English
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance calls
• Transferable Iqama preferred
