About the Role
A professional team is seeking a Customer Service & Support Specialist to deliver an exceptional and efficient customer experience.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Handle complaints and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze technical issues and provide solutions or escalate to the technical team when necessary
- Document all interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality
- Prepare periodic reports on complaints and customer service performance indicators
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical and sales) to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle various customer personalities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure
