A professional team is seeking a Customer Service & Support Specialist to deliver an exceptional and efficient customer experience.


Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle complaints and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Analyze technical issues and provide solutions or escalate to the technical team when necessary
  • Document all interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality
  • Prepare periodic reports on complaints and customer service performance indicators
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical and sales) to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle various customer personalities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure
