We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a dynamic HR team within a reputable holding company based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent across various departments, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and cultural values.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding
• Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and define job requirements
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs or recruitment events
• Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics to HR leadership

📌 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
• Professional demeanor, discipline, and commitment to high-quality work
