Mechanical QC Supervisor

We are seeking highly skilled and certified Mechanical QC Supervisors (Aramco Approved) to join our offshore operations team. Candidates must possess valid Aramco approval and demonstrate successful completion of the CBT (Computer Based Test). Extensive offshore experience is a mandatory requirement for this prestigious role. <b>Responsibilities: </b> <br>

• Lead and Coordinate: Oversee all mechanical quality control activities on-site, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation. <br>

• Maintain Excellence: Guarantee that every task meets Aramco standards, project specifications, and international codes. <br>

• Documentation Mastery: Prepare, review, and finalize QC documentation—including ITPs, procedures, checklists, and detailed reports—to uphold meticulous quality standards. <br>

• Conduct Inspections: Perform precise inspections of welding, fabrication, piping, and mechanical systems to ensure flawless execution. <br>

• Collaborate and Resolve: Work hand in hand with the construction and QA/QC teams to proactively resolve technical challenges.

• Ensure Compliance: Monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs) and implement corrective and preventive actions promptly. <br>

• Audit Support: Assist during internal and external audits ensuring our operations consistently reflect industry-leading practices. <br>

• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for Aramco representatives during inspections and throughout project execution. <br> <br> <b>- Qualification: </b> <br>

• Certified Expertise: Must possess valid Aramco approval and a successful CBT (Computer Based Test) pass certificate. <br>

• Proven Track Record: A minimum of 5–7 years of hands-on experience in mechanical quality control, with essential offshore project experience. <br>

• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of welding, piping, pressure testing, and top-tier inspection techniques. <br>

• Documentation Skills: Demonstrated ability to prepare clear, accurate QA/QC documentation and comprehensive reports. <br>

• Effective Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to deliver complex information with clarity. <br>

• Leadership Excellence: Proven capacity to lead a QC team and collaborate effectively with various departments. <br>

• Standards Savvy: In-depth knowledge of international standards, including ASME, API, and ISO.
