A leading company in the Saudi retail industry is seeking a dynamic and experienced Showroom Manager to oversee operations at its Hafar Al-Batin branch. As the Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and presentation of the retail outlet. You’ll manage daily operations, supervise staff, ensure visual merchandising standards, and implement sales strategies to meet targets.

- Lead and motivate showroom staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor and achieve sales targets through effective team coordination
- Ensure optimal product display and inventory management
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Coordinate with regional management for promotions and stock planning
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
📌 Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or showroom management
- Relevant academic qualification (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Arabic; English is a plus
